Review Previous Work: Reflect on the recovery objectives defined for critical functions in Week 5.
Communication Channels: Identify the various communication channels available to your organization. These may include email, phone, SMS, social media, and more.
Key Messages: Define key messages that need to be communicated to employees, stakeholders, and customers during disruptions. These messages should provide clear and accurate information.
Responsibilities: Assign responsibilities for communication tasks during crises. Determine who will be responsible for delivering messages, updating stakeholders, and coordinating communication efforts.
Draft a Communication Plan: Using the information gathered, draft a communication plan that outlines the following:
Communication channels for different scenarios.
Key messages for each scenario.
Responsible parties and their contact information.
